After 23 years living in warm & beautiful Santo Domingo (Dominican Republic), I packed my stuff to College Park, MD, where I earned a MS in Telecommunications. At the time it was going to be the biggest change in my life and I said to myself “Hey, I should start writing about these new (and exciting) experiences ... and maybe ten or twenty years from I’ll say “Hey, I remember that day, when ...”. But the Internet and the world are so small that maybe one day someone might find one of these stories interesting, educating or ... who knows, just stops by.
